Dave’s
management and leadership experience, both in
the U.S. Air Force (where he had two commands and worked
with numerous defense contractors) and in management
consulting for small to mid-size companies, is priceless.
His expertise in time management, communication skills,
building effective relationships, problem solving/decision
making techniques, marketing, supervisory training and
team building have enabled him to guide many companies
toward success.
Victoria has a strong background
in small business development and marketing.
Having herself started and run nine businesses, in a
variety of fields, she understands the challenges faced
by small business owners and thoroughly enjoys being
a part of their solutions.
Since the young age of nine, Victoria has made long-range
planning and goal setting a part of her lifestyle. There
has never been a time in her life when she did not have
a plan. At the young age of 17 she owned and managed
one retail flower shop, opening another at age 19 in
Liverpool, England. After moving to America in 1970,
she started and managed a variety of businesses in the
Denver area. From sports wear and fashionable women’s
clothing to maid service and web design, Victoria has
a wealth of experience in the manufacturing, service,
import and retail sectors.
Together, as entrepreneurs many times over, Dave and
Victoria enjoy giving value to other entrepreneurs by
way of their experiences and supportive consulting.
They have no aspirations of retiring!
